WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE?
All products will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks

SHIPPING/ LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
All products are shipped via standard Australia Post. If you require your item/s to be express posted please contact me via hello@decorme.com.au
Once your item has been posted, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow us and you to track your parcel avoiding lost parcels in the mail. Registered post available upon request.
Every care is taken when packaging your product to prevent damage in transit. We strive to ensure that the product is in the same way it left Decor Me, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. Please contact me with any queries and I am happy to discuss further. 

International orders available upon request. Please contact us for an estimate. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Orders may be able to be cancelled as long as the product hasn’t commenced being made. Please contact me at hello@decorme.com.au to discuss. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Please ensure you select carefully, as we do not accept returns if you make an incorrect choice. Please note all our products are handmade and minor variances and imperfections may occur between items.
